Worked with a talented, passionate collective to create a campaign aimed at preventing sexual assault on college campuses. To accomplish this, we emphasized the message that consent is a conversation, not an observation.

As part of the campaign, Crystal Imah and I directed an experiential gallery featuring student artwork. I created the pieces below.

This is one of two pieces I created for the gallery portion of the showroom. Both pieces focus heavily on the amount of grey area that accompanies sexual encounters which take place without having a prior conversation.

The second piece reiterates the same message with a poem that I wrote. This is one of my favorite projects I’ve ever been a part of. Sexual assault was not talked about as openly in 2017 when this campaign came out. I’m grateful for the progress that’s been made since then and there is still much more work to do.
